December 4/6/8: Carolina Bergonzoni

Class Description:
This class is grounded in somatic and improvisation techniques. We’ll begin on the floor, bringing the attention to the body and its sensations, beginning to attune to the body, its movement and creativity. We’ll then find the verticality to explore spirals and scores to generate movement together, in partners, and in groups.
My hope is for every dancer to find the joy and pleasure of dancing!
Carolina Bergonzoni (she/her) is privileged to be a dance artist, educator, and artist-scholar on the land of the Coast Salish peoples. Carolina practices span between dancing,. writing, and teaching from the body. She is Artistic Associate of All Bodies Dance Project and she is currently teaching all over town and at SFU.
