July 3/5/7: Ana Sosa
Class Description:
This class will begin with a cardio, strengthening and stretching warm up based on pilates and Traditional Chinese Medicine, followed by some across the floor sequences to practice coordination, timing, and dynamics. The class will end with a challenging combination which incorporates strength, technique, precision and musicality.
Ana Sosa has taught beginner, intermediate and advanced professional and pre-professional contemporary dance classes at Harbour Dance Centre, The Landing, and Dance Co in Vancouver, Canada. She has also taught class in Mexico at The Autonomous University of the State of Hidalgo. In New York City, Ana was a guest teacher for the Shift Dance Series, taught Beginner Tango at The Tango Company and assisted class regularly at Steps on Broadway and Broadway Dance Center.
